  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
  • Blend the cream cheese with the milks.
  • Heat the blended mixture and integrate the hydrated gelatin for 10 minutes.
  • Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Pour into the mold and refrigerate.
