  • Dissolve a packet of gelatin in 1/4 cup of hot water. Pour in the cream cheese, 120 grams of powdered sugar, 1 cup of rompope, half cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk, along with the dissolved gelatin into the blender, and blend until the cream cheese is well mixed with the other ingredients.
  • Open the can of peaches in syrup, pour the syrup into a pot to boil. Dissolve a packet of gelatin in the syrup and add 120 grams of powdered sugar. Meanwhile, slice the peaches thinly, and slice the strawberries vertically. Arrange a layer of peaches and pour half of the gelatin with sugar. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or less, do not let it set completely.
  • Pour half of the milk mixture on top, and refrigerate until it sets, but not completely so that when you touch it, it still feels sticky. Arrange a layer of strawberries and pour the rest of the unflavored gelatin, refrigerate in the same way. Finally, pour the remaining milk mixture on top. Refrigerate for approximately 40 minutes. Unmold and pour 1/4 cup of rompope on top, and with the help of a strainer, sprinkle the remaining 10 grams of powdered sugar!
