  • 1 envelope cherry gelatin
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • cherry , natural, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • For the cherry gelatin: Dissolve the cherry gelatin in very hot water, add the gelatin and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Pour into popsicle molds and refrigerate until set.
  • For the milk cherry gelatin: Dissolve the cherry gelatin, condensed milk, and gelatin in hot milk, and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Pour into popsicle molds and refrigerate until set.
  • For the yogurt gelatin: Blend the yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, gelatin, and sugar, pour into popsicle molds and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold, decorate with natural cherries, mint, and enjoy.
