Christmas Gelatin Cups

This cup gelatin recipe is a practical and quick way to prepare a dessert during this season, as it will be your best option to avoid working too much on dinner day. It consists of Christmas gelatins flavored with red fruits and rompope, which will perfectly complement holiday dinners, and thanks to their individual presentation, they will be ideal for sharing with friends and family.

  • 1 cup mixed berries gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup lime gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup rompope
  • 2 cups cow's milk, hot
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 21 grams unflavored gelatin powder, 4 envelopes (7 grams each)
  • whipped cream, for decorating
  • cherries, for decorating

  • Dissolve the red fruit gelatin in hot water. Repeat the process with the lemon gelatin. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the rompope with hot milk, sugar, and melted gelatin until fully incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a cup, pour a little red fruit gelatin to form a stripe, let it set for a few minutes. Once the first layer is firm, pour a stripe of rompope, and repeat the previous process. Do the same with the lemon gelatin and repeat the procedure until the cup is full. Refrigerate until fully set.
  • Serve the decorated cups with whipped cream and cherries to taste.
