1 envelope powdered gelatin, (colorless and flavorless)
4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cups water

In a pot, simmer the whole milk until it is warm, then add the coconut milk and evaporated milk when everything is warm, incorporate the condensed milk.
In another small pot, heat 1/4 cup of water and dissolve the gelatin (unflavored) until there are no lumps. Incorporate it into our milk mixture.
Our milk and gelatin mixture with cinnamon powder must be just about to boil so we can turn off the heat.
Pour the hot mixture into an aluminum muffin mold or a mold specifically for gelatin and leave it in the refrigerator for as long as possible.
