  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 envelope powdered gelatin, (colorless and flavorless)
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups water

  • In a pot, simmer the whole milk until it is warm, then add the coconut milk and evaporated milk when everything is warm, incorporate the condensed milk.
  • In another small pot, heat 1/4 cup of water and dissolve the gelatin (unflavored) until there are no lumps. Incorporate it into our milk mixture.
  • Our milk and gelatin mixture with cinnamon powder must be just about to boil so we can turn off the heat.
  • Pour the hot mixture into an aluminum muffin mold or a mold specifically for gelatin and leave it in the refrigerator for as long as possible.
