We prepare the gelatins separately, each with 750 ml of water, which is ¼ less than what the box indicates. Let them set in different flat molds.
We make sure they are the same height. Once set, we cut them into uniform cubes. Reserve.
We dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of cold water and bring it to a boil. We blend the gelatin with the evaporated milk, half cream, and condensed milk.
We place the gelatin cubes in a mold and incorporate the gelatin mixture with the milks, mixing everything gently to avoid breaking the gelatins, and let it set in the refrigerator.
