1 cup water, at room temperature
1 liter yogurt, of your preferred flavor
1 cup cow's milk
200 grams sugar

Dissolve the gelatin in the cup of water at room temperature, it is important to add it gradually to avoid lumps.
Heat the yogurt, milk, and sugar, stirring constantly without letting it boil.
At this step, the gelatin will be firm, so it needs to be melted in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it becomes liquid again.
Once liquid, incorporate it into the yogurt mixture, stirring constantly until all ingredients are combined.
Pour the mixture into molds or a mold and refrigerate.
