Mosaic gelatin, delicious and a bit entertaining, but it will turn out very, very tasty! You can invite your kids to help you cut the colored gelatin cubes, and they will have fun.
Prepare the flavored gelatin a few hours in advance, as instructed on the back of the package, and once set, cut it into squares of your preferred size.
Soak the gelatin in 1 cup of water, then microwave it in 10-second intervals until it becomes liquid.
In a pot, add the remaining 3 cups of water, and once it is boiling, add the can of sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Let it continue boiling, then add the dissolved gelatin and vanilla, and remove from heat.
Let the milk gelatin cool to room temperature, as stirring it with the colored gelatin will cause it to melt and create a mess.
In a glass mold, stir the water gelatin cubes, and pour the milk gelatin on top. Refrigerate until set.
