Delicious Walnut Gelatin

  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 2 cups cajeta
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated and melted
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • pecans, for decoration

  • Blend the milk, cream cheese, half cream, cajeta, milk, vanilla extract, walnut, and gradually add the gelatin.
  • Pour into a previously greased gelatin mold, refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
