2 cups evaporated milk
190 grams cream cheese
1 cup table cream
2 cups cajeta
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated and melted
whipped cream, for decoration

Blend the milk, cream cheese, half cream, cajeta, milk, vanilla extract, walnut, and gradually add the gelatin.
Pour into a previously greased gelatin mold, refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
