3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cups water

Hydrate the gelatin.
Blend the dulce de leche, the media crema, the water, and the evaporated milk.
Add the gelatin in 3 batches.
Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
