1 envelope pineapple gelatin
1 can canned pineapple, drained and chopped into cubes
300 grams tamarind pulp
2 cups water, hot

Dissolve the pineapple gelatin in hot water, and stir for a few seconds with the help of a spoon.
Prepare 10 small cups with 30 grams of tamarind pulp each.
Add a bit of chopped pineapple to each cup.
Pour the gelatin evenly into the cups and place in the refrigerator until set.
