Place the mango and sweetened condensed milk in a blender. Blend until everything is incorporated. Strain the mixture.
Dissolve the gelatin in half a glass of hot water, whisk vigorously. Add the remaining water. Pour the gelatin into the mango milk mixture. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for two hours.
Place water and hibiscus in a pot. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and return the liquid to the pot.
Incorporate the sugar and stir constantly. Once it has thickened, remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the gelatin once it has cooled.
