190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 package strawberry gelatin, Jello®
2 cups water, boiling
1 cup water, cold
1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cups sugar

Low
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, add the sugar, and mix well.
Add cold water and wait until it warms up, blend with Philadelphia® Cream Cheese and evaporated milk.
Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Unmold and serve.
