Pineapple and Lemon Gelatin Cups

Prepare these amazing cups filled with pineapple gelatin combined with a lemon and chamomile infusion, decorated with fresh fruit and an excellent presentation. The best part is that they are low in calories.

  • 1 box D´Gari® light pineapple gelatin dessert, (25 g)
  • 1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1 box D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert, (25 g)
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 2 lemons, cut into thin slices
  • chamomile, natural for decoration

  • Dissolve D’Gari® light pineapple-flavored gelatin with ½ liter of water at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and mix very well.
  • Pour the preparation into cups filling ¼ of each one and refrigerate until set. Reserve the remaining gelatin.
  • For the lemon gelatin, boil ½ liter of water in a pot and add the chamomile, turn off and let it infuse for 5 minutes, then strain.
  • Dissolve D’Gari® light lemon-flavored gelatin in cold water and mix with chamomile infusion.
  • Pour the previous preparation over the pineapple gelatin, leaving ¼ of the cup empty. Refrigerate until set.
  • Fill the cups with the remaining pineapple gelatin to the top and return to refrigeration to set the last layer, or if you prefer, you can leave it with just two layers.
  • Decorate with fresh pineapple, lemon slices, and chamomile flowers.
