Strawberry Gelatin Cake

  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the cake (90 g)
  • 1 cup flour, for the cake
  • 2 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cake

  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the strawberry cream gelatin
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the strawberry cream gelatin
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the strawberry cream gelatin
  • 1 cup cow's milk, for the strawberry cream gelatin
  • 1 cup strawberries, for the strawberry cream gelatin
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the strawberry cream gelatin (21 g)
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the water gelatin
  • 1 envelope gelatin, water, strawberry flavor, for the water gelatin (25 g)
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the water gelatin (21 g)
  • 1 cup strawberries, cut in half

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • For the cake, blend the condensed milk with the melted butter, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Pour into a greased and floured oven-safe dish, spread, and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes or until cooked. Let it cool and set aside.
  • For the strawberry cream gelatin, blend the condensed milk with the cream, milk, cream cheese, and strawberries. Gradually add the gelatin in a thin stream while blending.
  • Carefully pour the previous mixture over the cake and refrigerate until set.
  • For the water gelatin, dissolve the strawberry gelatin powder in hot water and add the hydrated and melted gelatin. Let it cool to room temperature and set aside.
  • Place the strawberries on top of the milk gelatin, add some mint leaves, and carefully pour the strawberry-flavored water gelatin. Refrigerate again until set.
  • Cut into slices and serve.
