Sugar-Free Red Fruit Gelatin

A very simple, sugar-free, and super refreshing gelatin. Ideal for sharing as a dessert with the whole family.

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 3 cups blackberries
  • 500 grams strawberries, slices or chopped
  • 500 grams green seedless grapes, slices or whole
  • 1 package gelatin, anise flavor
  • 1 package gelatin, milk of your preferred flavor
  • 4 envelopes natural unflavored gelatin

  • Follow the instructions to prepare the anise gelatin, add a couple of packets of natural gelatin, mixing perfectly, and set aside.
  • Prepare the milk gelatin, add a couple of packets of natural gelatin, mixing perfectly, and set aside.
  • In the mold of your choice, spray a little cooking spray to facilitate unmolding. Pour an inch and a half of anise gelatin and refrigerate for 25 minutes or until the gelatin is partially set.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator and randomly place the previously washed and disinfected fruits. You can place them whole or sliced, according to your preference. Once you finish with the layer of fruits, pour another inch and a half of anise gelatin and refrigerate again, this time for 35 minutes until the gelatin is firmer.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator again and repeat the operation of fruits and anise gelatin. (Step 4) Just let it set for 20 minutes.
  • After the time has passed, remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour in the total preparation of milk gelatin. Refrigerate until it solidifies completely.
  • Unmold the gelatin onto a tray and serve.
