For this amazing recipe, you have two options: use cherry gelatin or make it with watermelon juice.
Both ways taste delicious and are a super fresh and original option for hot days.
Cut the watermelon in half and use a spoon to scoop out all the pulp. Reserve the rinds.
Soak in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Blend the watermelon pulp and strain it, reserving the juice.
In a bowl, mix the gelatin, watermelon juice, sugar, and the rest of the hot water.
Pour the mixture into the watermelons, wrap them in plastic, and refrigerate until set. I suggest placing them in round plates so they don’t roll and spill the liquid.
Once set, you can cut it into crescent-shaped slices or triangles.
