Fruit terrine

This is a delicious dessert made with fruits and gelatin. You can make it as snacks to share with everyone.

  • 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup water, fry
  • 250 grams strawberries, washed, and cut into small pieces
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 4 figs, sliced
  • 1 liter grape juice
  • 1/4 cups wine, sweet
  • 1/2 liters water
  • 1 cup sugar

  • Hydrate the gelatin in cold water.
  • Dry the fruits well with absorbent paper (the drier they are, the better they adhere to the gelatin); set aside.
  • Heat a little grape juice, wine, and the rest of the water in a pot, to dissolve the sugar and the already hydrated gelatin. Pour a little into a mold (which should be previously moistened and refrigerated) and let this mixture cool until it starts to thicken, but without setting.
  • Spread the fruits in the mold in layers, each one of a specific variety, seal the whole with the remaining gelatin not too hot, and refrigerate for two hours, or until it sets completely.
  • Carefully unmold, you can decorate with fruits to serve.
