Gelatin Gummies

The little ones at home will be happy with this delicious and easy snack made of gelatin. We’ll show you how to make Gelatin Gummies in various flavors. You can sprinkle them with sugar or leave them plain. Remember that for gummies to turn out well, you need to hydrate the gelatin with cold water and use 5 times the weight of water against the amount of gelatin.

  • 500 milliliters water, boiling
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® cherry gelatin, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® unflavored powdered gelatin, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 500 milliliters water, boiling
  • 1 envelope D’ Gari® lime gelatin dessert, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® unflavored powdered gelatin, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 500 milliliters water, boiling
  • 1 envelope D ’Gari® orange flavored gelatin, 120 g
  • 4 envelopes D'Gari® unflavored powdered gelatin, hydrated and melted, 28 g
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, for sprinkling

  • Dissolve the contents of D’ Gari® Cherry Flavor Gelatin in boiling water, add the previously hydrated gelatin. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Repeat the above step with all flavors of D’ Gari® Water Gelatin.
  • Once the gelatins have set, use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes of different flavors. Roll in sugar and serve.
