Dissolve the 4 packets of gelatin in the cup of hot water, mixing well until there are no lumps.
In another container, mix all the other ingredients, except for the chopped almonds. Once well combined, add the glass of water and gelatin and mix everything until homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice and place it in the refrigerator. Wait for it to set and then unmold.
Finally, sprinkle the chopped almonds on top of the gelatin.
