2 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
3/4 cups cow's milk
1 cup hazelnut chocolate cream
chocolate sprinkles

Soak the gelatin in half a cup of warm water for 10 minutes.
Heat the milk and add the hazelnut cream until dissolved.
Blend to ensure everything is perfectly integrated.
Dissolve the gelatin in a double boiler and add it to the milk. Let cool to room temperature.
Pour the gelatin into jars and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours or until set.
Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
