Heat 2 cups of water, and when it starts to boil, add the cherry-flavored gelatin; stir until completely dissolved. Let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes without letting it set.
In a bowl, mix the half-and-half with the chocolate and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, in 20-second intervals, until the chocolate melts.
Blend the previous mixture with the condensed milk, the gelatin, and the remaining water; pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold and decorate.
