For the cheese gelatin, blend Philadelphia® cream cheese with vanilla extract, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole milk, and pour in the gelatin in a thin stream.
Pour the previous preparation into a 20 cm diameter ring mold until it reaches ¾ of its capacity, refrigerate until set. Set aside.
For the guava paste gelatin, blend the guavas with the guava paste, sugar, and pour in the gelatin in a thin stream.
Pour over the cheese gelatin; refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, guava paste, and guava.
