This hazelnut cream gelatin with cream cheese is the ideal dessert for an afternoon with your family. Creamy gelatin with the irresistible flavor of hazelnut cream in two layers that will take you to the clouds!
5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) divided
1 cup water, divided
2 cups cow's milk
1 cup hazelnut chocolate cream
1/4 cups sugar
2 cans evaporated milk, (360 ml each)
2 packages cream cheese, (190 g each) softened
3/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream, for decoration
1/2 cups almonds, sliced, toasted, for decoration

Hydrate three packets of gelatin with 3/4 cup of water and let it rest for a few minutes. Heat for 10 seconds in the Samsung® Cello microwave and set aside.
Blend the milk with the hazelnut cream, sugar, and hydrated gelatin until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set in the Twin Cooling® refrigerator.
Hydrate two packets of gelatin with the remaining water and let it rest for a few minutes. Heat for 10 seconds in the Samsung® Cello microwave and set aside.
Blend the evaporated milk with the cream cheese, sugar, and hydrated gelatin until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture over the hazelnut gelatin.
Refrigerate for 1 hour in the Twin Cooling® refrigerator, or until set. Unmold and decorate with hazelnut cream and sliced almonds.
