Jelly Shots Mister

A new way to consume gelatin and vodka, this recipe is perfect for a party or cocktail, as your guests will love this fun shot, full of color and delicious.

  • 150 grams strawberry gelatin
  • 150 grams pineapple gelatin
  • 150 grams lime gelatin
  • 150 grams unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cups blue Curaçao
  • 40 cherries
  • 3 3/4 liters water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces vodka

  • Boil 3 liters of water, separate it into 3 containers, add one gelatin flavor in each container, and also 4 oz of vodka in each. Dissolve the gelatin well and let it cool.
  • In 3/4 liter of water, add the curacao, 4 oz of vodka, and bring it to a boil. After boiling, add the unflavored gelatin, mix it well, and let it cool.
  • In 40 small gelatin molds, pass a paper towel with olive oil on the bottom to lightly grease the surface.
  • Once the gelatins are cool; in the molds, place a quarter of the curacao gelatin and let it set in the refrigerator. Then add another quarter of the lemon gelatin and repeat the same process with the other flavors in the following order: curacao, lemon, pineapple, strawberry. When adding the strawberry gelatin layer, also place a cherry.
  • Once all the gelatin is set, it is ready to be served.
