Lemon Gelatin Bites with Seed Mix

  • 1 cup amaranth
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 box D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert, (25 g)

  • In a bowl, mix the amaranth with the pumpkin seeds, blueberries, and bee honey until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place in a previously greased ice mold, compact until you have a thickness of approximately 1 cm, freeze and set aside.
  • Pour the contents of the Gelatina D´Gari® light lemon into ½ liter of room temperature water. Let it hydrate for 5 minutes.
  • Add ½ liter of boiling water, mix until completely dissolved. Let it cool slightly without setting.
  • Pour into ice molds and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold, decorate with lemon slices.
