Lemon Gelatin with Pineapple

Delicious and super easy lemon gelatin with a different twist that the whole family will love, as adding pineapple to the common recipe gives it an exquisite touch that they won't be able to stop eating.

1 envelope lime gelatin
2 cups water, hot
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup pineapple juice, or syrup from the pineapple
1 cup canned pineapple
nut , chopped

Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the two cups of hot water and let it cool slightly.
When it is lukewarm, add the liquid cream using a whisk (if it curdles, blend the mixture)
Add the syrup from the can of pineapple or the juice.
In your chosen mold, place the chopped walnuts, the pineapple pieces at the bottom, and then the gelatin. Add the cookies in pieces.
Refrigerate until set.
