Lemon Gelatin with Pineapple

Delicious and super easy lemon gelatin with a different twist that the whole family will love, as adding pineapple to the common recipe gives it an exquisite touch that they won't be able to stop eating.

  • 1 envelope lime gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, or syrup from the pineapple
  • 1 cup canned pineapple
  • nut , chopped
  • 10 María cookies

  • Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the two cups of hot water and let it cool slightly.
  • When it is lukewarm, add the liquid cream using a whisk (if it curdles, blend the mixture)
  • Add the syrup from the can of pineapple or the juice.
  • In your chosen mold, place the chopped walnuts, the pineapple pieces at the bottom, and then the gelatin. Add the cookies in pieces.
  • Refrigerate until set.
