In my case, I chose gelatins of 3 different flavors, so I prepared each of the gelatins except for the rompope one, following the manufacturer's instructions: heat the water to a boil, dissolve the gelatin, let it cool, and refrigerate.
Once the flavored gelatins are set, take them out of the mold and cut them into cubes.
Now it's time for the rompope gelatin! Hehe, follow the manufacturer's instructions, let it cool, and pour it into your mold halfway or a little more than halfway.
The fun part!!! Once you have your rompope mixture cold, you will start adding the gelatin cubes that you cut earlier, adding them without any specific order.
Once you have your mosaic with many few or more or less gelatin cubes, it's time to refrigerate and wait eagerly to eat.
