Make the water gelatins in separate containers and place them in the refrigerator until they set. (You can make them a day in advance).
In a pot over high heat, pour in the milk until it boils, remove from heat and add the gelatin. Dissolve thoroughly without leaving lumps, then add the evaporated milk, the cream, the condensed milk, and mix very well.
Once the colored gelatins have set, cut them into cubes.
In a gelatin mold, add the gelatin cubes, and then pour in the milk mixture; refrigerate for 2 hours or until it sets.
