Boil the water in a pot over medium heat and when it has small bubbles, lower the flame and pour in the D'Gari® lemon flavored gelatin. Then, mix very well and add the D'Gari® gelatin. Set aside once integrated. Repeat this process for the D'Gari® strawberry flavored gelatin using water and for the D'Gari® condensed milk flavored gelatin, substituting water with milk.
Grease a rectangular baking dish with a little cooking spray and pour the lemon gelatin until it fills a quarter of the height of the dish. Refrigerate until it sets 80%.
Pour the condensed milk gelatin to two quarters of the height of the dish and repeat the same process, then let it set 80%. Finally, do the same with the strawberry gelatin and keep it in the refrigerator until it is completely firm. Once ready, cut into medium rectangles and set aside.
Blend the cream cheese with the milk and evaporated milk until well integrated. Heat the mixture in a pot and pour in the D'Gari® condensed milk flavored gelatin and the melted D'Gari® gelatin; mix perfectly and set aside.
Grease a ring-shaped mold with a little cooking spray, place the tricolor gelatin cubes in each section of the mold, so that all colors are visible. Pour a little of the condensed milk gelatin without completely covering it and let it set 80%.
Once the gelatin is set, place the gelatin rectangles to fill the mold and cover very well with the condensed milk gelatin. Refrigerate the flag mosaic gelatin until set.
Unmold the flag mosaic gelatin and decorate with the tricolor rectangles. Serve well chilled.
