Prepare these easy individual Christmas gelatins. They are very easy to make and have an amazing finish that will surprise your friends and family. You can decorate them as you like, and they are also perfect for a Christmas meal or dinner.
Place the two flavors of gelatin in separate bowls and add 750 ml of boiling water to each. Stir until there are no lumps and let cool for 30 minutes.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in cold water. Pour the condensed milk, milk, and vanilla-flavored vodka into a pot over medium heat. Add the gelatin and mix until the gelatin has completely melted.
Grease a rectangular glass dish with a little cooking spray and pour a thin layer of lemon gelatin. Let it set for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Pour a slightly thicker layer of vodka gelatin on top and let it set for 30 minutes.
Repeat this process with the strawberry gelatin. Form several layers until the dish is full, remembering to let each layer set before adding the next one.
Refrigerate the gelatin for 4 hours. Carefully unmold the gelatin and cut it into square pieces of the same size.
Decorate each square with whipped cream, mint, and blueberries.
