Heat the water, and once boiling, pour in a packet of light jelly for water and mix. Pour into a container and leave it in the refrigerator until set.
While the jelly sets, crush the cookies and add melted butter (as needed). Mix well and place the cookie mixture at the base of the flan mold, refrigerate immediately.
Heat the milk and bring to a boil. Pour in a packet of light jelly for milk and mix well. Let it cool and pour it into the flan mold, then let it cool.
Once the milk jelly has cooled, take out the water jelly and cut it into cubes.
Pour them into the milk jelly and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and serve.
