Light Jelly with Marias Cookies

A delicious dessert with not too many calories, perfect for any day of the week.

  • 1 box gelatin, water light
  • 1 box gelatin, milk light
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 package cookies, Maria type
  • unsalted butter

  • Heat the water, and once boiling, pour in a packet of light jelly for water and mix. Pour into a container and leave it in the refrigerator until set.
  • While the jelly sets, crush the cookies and add melted butter (as needed). Mix well and place the cookie mixture at the base of the flan mold, refrigerate immediately.
  • Heat the milk and bring to a boil. Pour in a packet of light jelly for milk and mix well. Let it cool and pour it into the flan mold, then let it cool.
  • Once the milk jelly has cooled, take out the water jelly and cut it into cubes.
  • Pour them into the milk jelly and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and serve.
