I present to you a dessert that my children love, a delicious and simple mosaic gelatin. It is a no-bake dessert that I am sure your family will enjoy very much.
Prepare the gelatins as instructed on the back of the package or box.
To prepare the yogurt gelatin, pour the yogurt, cream, and sugar into a deep pot.
Wait until small bubbles start to appear at the bottom (don’t forget to stir constantly). Pour the gelatin over the hot mixture and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
Using cookie cutters, cut shapes in the set gelatin.
Serve the cold mixture in a glass or any mold.
Place the gelatin cuts.
Put the mold in the refrigerator and wait for everything to set.
