Mosaic Gelatin with Cream

  • 1 box lime gelatin
  • 1 box grape gelatin
  • 1 box orange gelatin
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans table cream
  • 4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 liter cow's milk

  • Make the water gelatins in separate containers and place them in the refrigerator until they set. (You can make them a day in advance)
  • In a pot, bring the milk to a boil along with the gelatin until it dissolves.
  • Add the evaporated milk, the cream, mix well, and let it cool.
  • Once the colored gelatins have set, cut them into cubes.
  • In a gelatin mold, add the milk mixture, then add the colored cubes. Place in the refrigerator until set.
