Peach Jelly in Syrup

  • 1 can canned peaches
  • water, cold (the amount indicated on the package)
  • water, hot (the amount indicated on the package)
  • 1 peach gelatin

  • Drain the peaches and chop them into small pieces. Reserve one cup of the syrup.
  • Make the peach jelly according to the package instructions, dissolving the powder in hot water and then adding cold water.
  • Pour into a greased mold, add the chopped peaches, and refrigerate until set. Unmold and pour the reserved syrup over it.
