Piña Colada Gelatin

It is a recipe for pineapple gelatin as the base, and the top part is a coconut cream decorated with coconut shavings.

  • 5 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/3 cups water, hot
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can piña colada, (380 ML)
  • 150 milliliters condensed milk
  • 3 cups cow's milk, liquid
  • 30 grams cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • shredded coconuts, for decoration

  • Dissolve the gelatin in hot water,
  • Blend the cream cheese, piña colada, condensed milk, and add the gelatin.
  • In an aluminum container, mix the milk, cornstarch, shredded coconut, and cinnamon, cooking it over low heat until it thickens.
  • Place the previous mixture in the gelatin mold and let it cool. Once it is cold, incorporate the first mixture made (blended piña).
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and unmold.
  • Decorate with shredded coconut
