For the rompope gelatin: Pour the hot milk along with the packet of rompope gelatin into a bowl and using a whisk, stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the cold milk and mix; this step will help the gelatin set faster.
Pour the mixture into the Gelarosca Tupperware® mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the gelatin is completely set.
Take the gelatin out of the refrigerator and cut slices 4 cm wide with the help of a spatula, then remove the gelatin from the Gelarosca Tupperware® mold, leaving empty spaces to be filled. Set aside.
For the rice pudding gelatin: Place the rice along with the milk, water, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a pot and cook over medium heat until the rice is soft, approximately 35 minutes.
Remove the rice from the heat and let it cool slightly, then add the hydrated and diluted gelatin in a stream, mix, and pour into each of the spaces left in the Gelarosca Tupperware® mold. Refrigerate the rice pudding and rompope gelatin for 2 hours.
Serve the gelatin on a flat plate and decorate with red fruits.
