Rompope and Vanilla Gelatin

Rompope and vanilla gelatin is ideal for this time of year as it has a delicious flavor, and you can make it in molds of different shapes, like in this star shape.

  • 1 cup rompope
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 8 pods liquid vanilla , (for decoration)

  • Blend the rompope, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the milk until completely dissolved, then microwave this mixture for 20 seconds and add it to the blender along with the previous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into star-shaped molds or any shape of your preference and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and serve with a vanilla pod as decoration.
