Blend the rompope, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the milk until completely dissolved, then microwave this mixture for 20 seconds and add it to the blender along with the previous mixture.
Pour the mixture into star-shaped molds or any shape of your preference and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and serve with a vanilla pod as decoration.
