If you want a delicious, fresh, and healthy dessert, prepare this tasty sherry gelatin with slices of naturally macerated peach in a spice mixture, which not only has an unbeatable presentation but is also low in calories. So yummy!
1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)

Slice the peaches thinly, with the skin on, and mix in a bowl with lemon juice, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Macerate for a few minutes and drain.
Dissolve D’Gari® light sherry-flavored gelatin in ½ liter of room temperature water for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and mix well.
Arrange the peaches in a gelatin mold and pour a little of the sherry gelatin over the fruit, lightly covering it. Refrigerate until set.
Fill the mold completely with the rest of the gelatin and refrigerate again until set.
Unmold and serve with fresh peaches and mint.
