Sherry Gelatin with Peach

  • 4 peaches
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tablespoons ground cloves
  • 1 box D´Gari® light sherry gelatin dessert, (25 g)
  • 1 liter water, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
  • peach, sliced for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Slice the peaches thinly, with the skin on, and mix in a bowl with lemon juice, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Macerate for a few minutes and drain.
  • Dissolve D’Gari® light sherry-flavored gelatin in ½ liter of room temperature water for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling water and mix well.
  • Arrange the peaches in a gelatin mold and pour a little of the sherry gelatin over the fruit, lightly covering it. Refrigerate until set.
  • Fill the mold completely with the rest of the gelatin and refrigerate again until set.
  • Unmold and serve with fresh peaches and mint.
