Special Egg-Nog Gelatin

  • 1 cup rompope
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk

  • In a blender, add the egg-nog, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until everything is well combined and a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the milk.
  • Microwave the gelatin and milk mixture for 15 seconds.
  • Add the gelatin mixture to the blender and blend together with the other mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a refractary dish or mold of your choice, and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and serve.
