1 cup rompope
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 cups cow's milk

In a blender, add the egg-nog, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cinnamon.
Blend until everything is well combined and a homogeneous mixture is formed.
In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the milk.
Microwave the gelatin and milk mixture for 15 seconds.
Add the gelatin mixture to the blender and blend together with the other mixture.
Pour the mixture into a refractary dish or mold of your choice, and refrigerate until set.
Unmold and serve.
