This is an easy and very eye-catching gelatin recipe that all kids will love for its citrus flavors. Prepare it to celebrate a special occasion or any day of the week to treat your family, with its lemon and pistachio flavor. We recommend adding gelatin powder to the water gelatin to make it firmer and give it enough strength.
8 cups cow's milk, for the pistachio flavored gelatin (2 liters)
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and dissolved, for the pistachio flavored gelatin (28 grams)

Dissolve the D´Gari® lemon flavored gelatin in very hot water with the gelatin powder, stirring until completely mixed. Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set.
Using a star-shaped cutter, cut the lemon gelatin taking advantage of every space. Set aside.
For the pistachio gelatin: dissolve the D´Gari® pistachio flavored gelatin in very hot milk with the gelatin powder and stir until completely mixed.
In a cylindrical mold, add a bit of pistachio gelatin and refrigerate until set. Place the lemon gelatin stars one by one vertically to form a tower and gradually cover with the pistachio gelatin. Refrigerate again until set.
Unmold the gelatin using warm water, cut horizontally, and decorate with lemon twists, pistachios, and whipped cream.
