This gelatin has a base of Maria cookies and a layer of strawberry gelatin with cream cheese followed by a layer of gelatin with strawberries. It’s delicious, easy, and also healthy!
In a pie mold (preferably glass), we mix the previously crushed cookies with the butter (previously melted), we knead it until it forms a paste and create a light base, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
While our dough is chilling, we prepare half of the strawberry gelatin with half a liter of water. Once prepared, we let it cool a bit, and we pour it into the blender along with the cheese.
We take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour our gelatin and cheese mixture into the mold already containing the cookies and return it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Next, we prepare the other half of the strawberry gelatin (after the 30 minutes have passed and the gelatin is set).
We pour the other strawberry gelatin mixture over the set cheese gelatin and decorate it with strawberries on top.
We refrigerate for half an hour and serve when it is set and firm to the touch.
