Strawberry and Honey Gelatin

I came up with this gelatin to give my kids something different and nutritious; just like it is made with strawberry, it also tastes delicious with pineapple. The honey adds that different and nutritious touch.

1 envelope strawberry gelatin
1 stick cream cheese, (190 grams)
2 cups water, hot
1 cup water, cold
1/2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 kiwis, for decoration
Preparation

Low
Dissolve the gelatin in the cups of hot water, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add water.
In the blender, mix the milks and honey.
Add the gelatin to this and blend very well.
Cool in a mold until set; once ready, decorate with kiwis.
