  • 14 envelopes unflavored powdered gelatin, 14 grams
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups strawberry
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 10 strawberries, chopped

  • Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Then lightly heat the gelatin and strain.
  • Blend the strawberries, cream, sugar, and gelatin.
  • Place 2-3 chopped strawberries in cups and pour the mixture into the cups.
  • Refrigerate until set and serve. (2-3 hours)
