Tasty Chocolate Gelatin

Delicious dessert for any occasion! Chocolate gelatin is super easy to make.

  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 8 sticks chocolate
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, Knox
  • 1 cup water, hot
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cognac

  • Dissolve the gelatin in the cup of hot water. Make sure it is well dissolved until no lumps remain.
  • Melt the 8 bars of chocolate in a double boiler, and once melted, mix them with the other ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Add the gelatin dissolved in water.
  • Mix until homogeneous and pour into the mold of your choice.
  • Place in the refrigerator until set and unmold.
