Dissolve the gelatin in the cup of hot water. Make sure it is well dissolved until no lumps remain.
Melt the 8 bars of chocolate in a double boiler, and once melted, mix them with the other ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Add the gelatin dissolved in water.
Mix until homogeneous and pour into the mold of your choice.
Place in the refrigerator until set and unmold.
