1 cup sugar
40 grams unflavored gelatin powder
200 grams nut
710 milliliters evaporated milk
290 milliliters water
250 milliliters table cream
1/4 cups cow's milk

In a bowl, mix the sugar with the gelatin.
Blend the walnut with the half-and-half and a little bit of milk.
In a pot, heat the milk and water over low heat, whisking vigorously.
When the fire and water are warm, add the gelatin mixture with sugar and continue whisking.
Without letting it boil, the pot should be more than warm, incorporate the beaten walnut with the half-and-half and mix.
Turn off the stove, let it rest for a few minutes, and then pour the gelatin into some molds or a mold.
