In a drip coffee maker, put a small cup of water, in the container serve a tablespoon of roasted coffee. Hydrate the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water, heat until melted in your microwave for 10 seconds. Heat the rest of the water and milk separately over medium heat.
Add half a cup of roasted coffee and sugar to each, dissolving completely. Just before the liquids boil, distribute half of the melted gelatin into each and stir to combine.
Lightly cool and separately pour the water gelatin mixture and the milk mixture into square ice molds. Refrigerate until set.
In a separate bowl, mix the natural yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla. Unmold the gelatin cubes separately and add a bit of the vanilla yogurt on top. It tastes delicious!
