Coffee Gelatin with Natural Yogurt

Delicious recipe for coffee gelatin with natural yogurt, this recipe is ideal to finish off a tasty homemade meal.

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, low in fat
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence

  • In a drip coffee maker, put a small cup of water, in the container serve a tablespoon of roasted coffee. Hydrate the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water, heat until melted in your microwave for 10 seconds. Heat the rest of the water and milk separately over medium heat.
  • Add half a cup of roasted coffee and sugar to each, dissolving completely. Just before the liquids boil, distribute half of the melted gelatin into each and stir to combine.
  • Lightly cool and separately pour the water gelatin mixture and the milk mixture into square ice molds. Refrigerate until set.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the natural yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla. Unmold the gelatin cubes separately and add a bit of the vanilla yogurt on top. It tastes delicious!
