Gelatin and Yogurt Popsicles

  • 1/2 cups water, boiling for the red layer
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1/2 cups water, boil
  • 1/2 cups water, boiling for the pink layer
  • 1 package natural unflavored gelatin
  • 170 grams strawberry yogurt
  • 1/3 cups water, boiling for the white layer
  • 1/3 cups condensed milk
  • 1 package natural unflavored gelatin

  • To make the popsicles, prepare some cups or silicone molds with a bit of vegetable spray.
  • To make the red layer, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Then add the cold water and mix very well.
  • Place a tablespoon of red gelatin in each mold or cup and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • To make the pink layer, place the water in a pot and add the unflavored gelatin. Heat over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add the yogurt, mixing well. Allow it to cool a bit.
  • Place a tablespoon of pink gelatin over the red in each mold or cup and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  • To make the white layer, place the water in a pot and add the unflavored gelatin. Heat over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add the yogurt, mixing well. Allow it to cool a bit.
  • Place a tablespoon of white gelatin over the pink in each mold or cup and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks into each gelatin and unmold before serving.
