Strawberry Jelly Cups with Greek Yogurt

Jelly is always a truly simple dessert that everyone likes, but these cups with Greek yogurt are extra tasty. Additionally, they are accompanied by strawberries and walnuts, which enhance the flavor. The mixture of jelly and yogurt is delicious, and this recipe has a very simple step-by-step process so you can prepare them without any problems.

  • 1 liter water, for the water jelly
  • 1 box D´Gari® light water strawberry flavor jelly, 120 g
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected, diced for the strawberry jelly
  • 1 liter cow's milk, low in fat
  • 1 box D’Gari® light yoghurt jelly strawberry flavor, 25 g
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, low fat
  • walnuts, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Hydrate the D’Gari® light strawberry jelly in ½ liter of cold water for 5 minutes. Then add ½ liter of boiling water and mix until completely dissolved.
  • Pour half of the jelly into cups and add diced strawberries. Place them on a slightly tilted cupcake mold, then refrigerate until the jelly sets.
  • Dissolve the D’Gari® light strawberry yogurt jelly in ½ liter of milk at room temperature for 5 minutes. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix. Let it cool, but be careful not to let it set.
  • Place a slice of strawberry attached to the cup, fill with the milk jelly being careful not to move the strawberry. Then refrigerate until set.
  • Decorate with Greek yogurt, walnuts, and strawberries.
