For a delicious and diverse breakfast, prepare this light strawberry yoghurt flavored gelatin bowl accompanied by fresh fruit and seeds. It is low in calories and the best part is that you can prepare it in advance for those busy days.
1 liter light milk, (½ liter at room temperature and ½ liter boiling)
1 cup strawberry , in slices for decoration
2 mangoes, in wedges for decoration
2 bananas, in slices for decoration
5 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, for decoration
5 tablespoons chia seeds, for decoration
5 tablespoons granola, for decoration

In a bowl, add D’Gari® strawberry yoghurt flavored gelatin and pour in ½ liter of milk at room temperature, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add ½ liter of boiling milk and mix.
Fill 8 glass bowls with gelatin, approximately 1/2 cup capacity, leaving ¼ space empty. Refrigerate until set.
Garnish with strawberries, mango, banana, pumpkin seeds, chia, and granola.
